How to use?
1. Enter the menu to set the language and date-time after power on (Default English)
2. Then insert a memory card with FAT32 format (Max 128g), enter the local menu to format the memory card (can not format the memory on the computer)
3. video/audio recording: one-touch up/down slide video/audio recording keys. (video / audio process short press the return button to close the screen)
4. Photo: short press the “PLAY” button during the recording process can take photos during the video. You can also short press the “PLAY” button in photo mode to take pictures
5. “MENU” the use of menu keys
After power on when there is no audio/video recording: short press the “MENU” button to switch between 3 modes: normal mode, photo mode and file browsing
In normal and photo mode: long press the “MENU” button to enter the menu
In file browsing mode: long press the “MENU” button to delete quickly
6. When playing, long press the previous/next song button for fast rewind/forward

Some cautions you might want to know
1. Play videos on your computer to get better playback
2. The interface of this machine is USB-C 2.0, which has a limited reading speed. If you want a faster reading speed, please purchase a USB 3.0 card reader separately
3. When shooting at night, you can shoot if there is light, but you can’t shoot without any light, you can watch the video on the screen to see the actual effect
Q1: Can’t record or play videos?
1. You need to insert 8~128GB high-speed FAT32 tf memory card and format it on the camera
2. Using a low speed card may result in invalid stored files or inability to record. Please use a high-speed card with CLASS10 U3 or above
3. Do not connect to a computer or any device when recording, when connected to a computer, only data is transferred and all buttons don’t work
4. Try the “Reset” button
Q2: Why can’t I format the memory card on my computer?
A32 body camera only supports FAT32 high speed TF card, you can only format the memory card on the camera
Once you format the memory card on your computer, it will change its format from FAT32 to exFAT, which will cause the camera not working or data loss
Q3: Disk error?
The power was cut off when formatting the device without completing it, resulting in loss of system firmware. Please connect your computer to format or power on the device first, then try the “reset button”.
Q4: Why do the close-ups in the image appear to be the opposite of left and right?
Because of the principle of camera mirroring, the image will be rendered opposite. We have set up 2 modes, far shot: the camera faces the back of the screen and the image is positive; close up shot: the camera faces the front of the screen and the image is reversed. Users can go to the menu – image settings to set this according to their needs
Q5: Why does it only have about 59GB of memory when I look at it on my computer?
A: All memory manufacturers in the world produce the memory according to 1000 MB = 1 GB, while the computer recognizes the recorder according to 1024 MB = 1 GB. For more information please Google
Q6: If the computer connection fails?
1. Turn the camera off before connecting it to the computer, then place it carefully without pressing any buttons
2. Try the “reset” button
3. Replace the data cable or try another computer or port
4. It may be that your computer does not have a driver, please Google to install the computer driver
Q7: How to reduce noise?
1. Place the recorder smoothly and avoid rubbing against other objects, such as hands, clothes, etc.
2. Keep away from sources of noise (e.g. air conditioning, typing or subtle noise that may be generated when the computer is running).
Please understand that if the recording environment is very noisy, then noise is unavoidable.
