Application

Step 1

Attach one of the balloons to the flat end of the Earflow.

Step 2

Close your nostril with your finger. Hold the rounded and perforated part of the Earflow, with the attached balloon, to your open nostril. Inflate the balloon by blowing air through this nostril. Release the balloon gently by allowing it to deflate slowly. Then, apply the same procedure with your other nostril.

Step 3

If pressure equalization cannot be achieved, perform the deflation stage by releasing air through the nostril and performing swallowing maneuvers.

Step 4

Continue this process three times a day in the first week, and then reduce to twice a day in the second and third weeks. Maintain this routine for 2-3 weeks.
